Glassguard
The Brief: Glassguard manufacture a range of “safe” lighting tubes, which do not smash even if accidentally dropped.
A corporate video was required to show the benefits of the tubes as well as reflect the band values of the parent company.
Our Solution: Using a state of the art “slow motion” camera, we filmed a traditional glass tube smashing on a floor, showing fragmentation and scatter of glass shards. Thereafter we filmed dramatic scenarios showing how easy it is to miss sharp fragments with the consequential results.
SES
The Brief: Our client required a visual alternative to replace the technical manuals that accompany new build and refurbished commercial buildings, which are given to the new owner/landlord but which are often unread and difficult to understand.
Our Solution: We filmed various areas such as air conditioning, security, fire alarms etc, and intertwined the video content with computer screen shot sequences and 3D animations, to produce an engaging and accessible DVD that explained procedures far better than written formats.

Medical Defence Union
The Brief: The Medical Defence Union represents thousands of medical staff across the UK & Europe and needed a celebratory DVD for their 125th anniversary.
Our Solution: Bakermedia filmed a sequence of dramatic reconstructions of key periods in the MDU’s history, starting in Victorian times. We hired locations including a National Trust property. Bakermedia also produced 3D graphics to provide an animated timeline.
