PJH, the distributor of bathroom and kitchen products have commissioned Bakermedia to produce two videos to launch their new comprehensive range of own-brand kitchen applicances. Ranging from cooking to cooling appliances and also washing and laundry machines, the Prima catalogue will come alive in two seperate videos using live action and animation. "The Prima project is a good example of how video can be very flexible and cost-effective", says Bakermedia's Creative Director, Peter Baker. "From three shoot locations in Bolton where PJH are based, to their service and repair centre in Birmingham and the showroom near London, we can re-edit the same footage to create two very differrent films."
One of the productions will be aimed at the army of sales and marketing people who will be introducing the new Prima range to the retailers and installers across the UK; then a version will be produced for the consumer, and this will be posted on the new Prima website and also on You Tube.
Later in the year, Bakermedia will update a training DVD for B&Q bathroom staff, through PJH who also distribute bathroom products to B&Q stores.
